We love The Green Spot! Our lab Colbie is 12 and doesn’t exactly love a spa day like her parents. Wynter made quick work of her nail trim which we booked online, even the same day! It was over before we knew it and she was really kind to our pup. From there we opted for the self service wash. We had everything we needed and Wynter made a great recommendation for de-shedding and for protecting her ears. It helped so much. We live in Ashland but The Green Spot is well worth the drive for such great customer service. They also have a great selection of treats and toys that are indestructible. We’re big fans!

A very nice young woman named Addy at the Green Spot was able to fully trim Otto's nails Saturday without sending him into a panic. He was as calm as I've ever seen him in public. Something about her and her technique and demeanor made him relax. Bravo Addy! Also, we picked up a cool lavender pullover and the employees in the store took his picture and showered Otto with love and kept telling him how wonderful he is. So, best time ever in a pet spa and store!
