Renovations are underway! Which means, for now, we have to operate in half the space!

At this time, our self-serve dog washes & all grooming services are still closed.

When you visit us in-store next, you’ll likely notice that our dog & cat foods are now temporarily located where our spot washes were, and will be located again after renovations.   

During our remodel, we will continue to have three ways in which you can safely shop with us!    

  1. Order online at for curbside pick-up or local delivery 
  2. Call in your order at 402-614-7768 for curbside pick-up or local delivery 
  3. Or, we're happy to welcome you into our (temporarily condensed!) store for in-store shopping. If you are feeling ill, please utilize one of the two above options rather than visiting us in-person.

A few important things for you to know when you visit us next:  


  • We will start with the saddest: please, no dogs until further notice. It’s really hard to social distance with dogs because everyone wants to say hi. Add to that potentially loud construction noises and the like and we just don’t feel it’s a good mix. We will still have curbside treats though if you are walking by, picking up a curbside order or with a partner who can wait outside with your pup. Call us to arrange harness fitting times for your dog(s) during non-peak hours.
  • Please practice social distancing guidelines - we have placed 6-foot markers at our counter to help you navigate space. 

  • Due to having a smaller space temporarily, we are asking that no more than 6 (SIX) customers are in our store at any one time, so you might have to wait a few minutes until we can allow you in.
  • Please solo-shop - one person from a family at a time. 
  • Disposable masks, hand washing stations, gloves, and hand sanitizers are available for staff and customers. Please ask a team member for a mask if you’d like one. 
  • Due to renovations, we’ve had to condense our space dedicated to big bags of food. We ask for your patience with us if your requested kind of food is out of stock at the moment. We are doing daily restocks from our warehouse and would be happy to process your order in-store and bring it to the store the next day for pick up or deliver your bag of food to you if it’s in stock at our warehouse. If shopping in-store, please allow our team to get your bag(s) for you. 

  • Whenever possible, please pay by card - we are aiming for the most contactless transaction possible.

  • Please don’t touch things you are not intending to buy - we hate saying it, but look with your eyes, not with your paws.

  • Reusable bags are not allowed at this time.
  • We have resumed our regular return policy, more details here
  • Due to limited space, we are not accepting any donation items for local rescue groups at this time. 
  • We have postponed our planned in-person events and fundraisers until at least through the month of September. (Keep an eye out for some fun virtual events coming soon!)
  • Online shopping at for curbside pick-up or local delivery is still the best, most contactless option for shopping with us at this time. 

We appreciate your patience with us! Our team is working REALLY hard to fill orders, answer phone/text/email, serve in-store customers, and to maintain a safe and healthy shopping experience for everyone while we work to create an even better shopping experience for you and your Best Friend! ?

SAME DAY Local Delivery!

Yep, you read that right! Here are the details:

Free local delivery is currently available within a 10-mile radius of TGS.    

For deliveries more than 10 miles from TGS, a delivery fee of $2/mile will be charged, up to 25-mile radius max.    

  • Place your order any weekday via our website or by phone (402-614-7768) by 11am for SAME DAY Local Delivery!
  • All same-day delivery orders must be received by 11am to be delivered by or before 8 pm the same day.
  • Orders placed after 11am will be delivered the following day by 8 pm.
  • Orders placed on Saturdays after 11am and Sundays will be delivered by 8 pm Monday.
  • Some exclusions may apply, we will contact you if we are unable to deliver your order to you on the date originally selected at checkout.
