We know how important your pets are to you and that you want to make sure that they'll have everything they need in the event of an emergency.
We, like all of you, are closely monitoring what is happening with the virus. We want to ensure that all of our customers and team stay safe, while also being able to continue to serve you all and ensure that your pets have what they need.
We have implemented an even more rigorous than usual cleaning schedule that includes frequent cleaning of door handles, credit card machines and other frequently touched surfaces in the store. We also have hand sanitizer available for use as well as our sinks for handwashing.
Rest assured that we are NOT anticipating stock issues on pet food. We have an average of two months supply on hand for our customers, so there is no need to stock up on pet food at the moment for fear of us running out in the future. As of right now, we have not seen any indication of a disruption in our pet food supply chain. So no need to stock up too much just yet!
At this time, we are asking our customers to place their orders online or over the phone so that we can do our part in limiting crowding in-store. More information about our curbside and local delivery services can be found here.
We are also limiting customers to 1 person per family/group in-store at a time and this means we might ask you to wait in your car or walk your dog around the block before we can let you in to do your shopping.

We are currently open Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm and Sundays 11am-5pm and in between helping our awesome customers, our team is busy cleaning all major touchpoints around the store to ensure a safe shopping environment for those who choose to visit us in-store. We plan to continue operating in this manner as long as it remains safe for our team to do so.
The following are some changes we have implemented as of 3/27/20. Due to the coronavirus healthemergency, we have temporarily suspended our self-servewashes & all grooming services. We have also temporarily suspended our return policy to ensure the health and safetyof our customers and team,therefore, all sales are final at this time. We are also not accepting any donation items for local rescue groups currently. We have postponed our planned events and fundraisers until at least through the month of April. One last request, please leave your reusable bags at home for now - while we appreciate our customers' commitment to sustainability, this is just one more way we can potentially prevent the spread of the CoVID-19 virus and keep our customers and team members healthy.
